  I have been DMing him since even before the project launched and he always replied like a good friend, a brother
  
  Colonel, When we were creating our accounts a pop came “Colonel Lord, Wait man I am working on the database” I was taken aback for a moment and DMed him “Do I have to apologise to you here” and he reacted with a Emoji

They help me everytime whenever I open ticket, the most tickets are solved by Jackcarson and hatela bhai for me, Whenever I stuck somewhere they help me a lot properly and they behave good with me. They are not gods for me, they are elder brothers for me who help me everytime.
