• I have strong communication and leadership skills and am good at solving problems.
• I want to give members a fun, realistic experience where they actually feel like they’re part of something bigger.
• I really enjoy gang stuff like robberies and all that, and I feel like I will bring fresh energy and a strong leadership style to the organization.

3. List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term:

• I will make sure everyone in Bloods knows how to do proper roleplay. If they don’t, I will teach them properly.
• I will bring a structured rank system so everyone knows their position and what they are good at.
• I will keep the gang active and you will see that happening.

4. List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization:

• I’ll push loyalty and respect — if someone isn’t serious or just wants to troll, they’re out.
• I’ll build a proper testing system — new members have to prove themselves IC, not just get handed a role.

• Till now no other ideas, but I am sure I will get more ready once I am leader.
