  2. Three Reasons Why I Would Like to Be the Leader of This Organization:
Passion for Medical Roleplay: I have a strong interest in realistic and professional medical roleplay. Becoming a leader allows me to set high standards and ensure immersive experiences for all members.

Experience and Leadership Skills: I bring prior experience in EMS and leadership roles, which equips me to manage operations, train recruits, and maintain discipline and coordination within the team.

Desire to Improve EMS Impact: I aim to make EMS a respected and essential part of the server by increasing its involvement in major events and improving response strategies.
  3. List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
Structured Training Programs: Introduce tiered training modules (Basic Life Support, Trauma Response, Advanced Life Support) to ensure every EMS member is skilled and confident.

Realistic Protocols and SOPs: Implement real-world medical procedures and response protocols for added realism and professionalism.

Active Patrol and Coordination: Create rotating shift schedules and improve communication with other departments (SANG,LSPD,GOV) to ensure faster and coordinated response to emergencies.
  4. List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization.
Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) Drills: Organize server-wide emergency drills involving multi-victim scenarios like explosions, traffic pile-ups, or natural disasters.

EMS Awareness Week: Host events that include EMS challenges, first aid workshops, ride-alongs for civilians, and awards for top performers.

4.List any other information/ideas you may have.
Ranking and Reward System: Establish a performance-based promotion and recognition system to keep members motivated.

Interdepartmental Collaborations: Plan joint events with Police, Fire, and Dispatch units to build stronger coordination and community interaction.

Documentation & Logs: Maintain detailed logs of medical calls, training records, and promotions for accountability and transparency.
  5. How Many Members Can You Bring to the Organization?
I can bring 5–10 active and experienced members who are committed to professional roleplay and teamwork within EMS.
