      LSPD Chief
   2. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
      
      I’ve held various high-ranking positions across multiple servers which gave me the experience to lead the LSPD effectively
      
      I was told by a player named (Mo Lihrbe | 521) that the LSPD has been facing some management problems and isn’t running well at the moment and since LSPD is an important part of any server i decided to step in to help build better roleplay experience stop and criminal activity.
      
      My main goal is to give players a smooth enjoyable realistic experience as a strong leadership will lead to a strong organization wich plays a big role in the server will affect in how players enjoy their time in the city
      
      
      
   3. List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
      
      I will make scenarios training for all ranks covering everything from traffic stops to high-risk operations to ensure that my officers are well trained and are professional in all roleplay situations
      
      I will create a structured schedule for patrols and checkpoints to help keep the LSPD active and visible in the city ensuring consistent roleplay opportunities for both officers and civilians.
      
      To improve overall server engagement i will coordinate RP events like gang investigations and undercover operations.
      
      
   4. List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization
      
      A RP event involving the LSPD, FIB and EMS. the scenario could include hostage rescue which builds teamwork within the LSPD and creates an exiting RP for both government and criminal factions.
      
      Create friendly competitions where teams roleplay specific scenarios for example (hostage negotiation, high-speed chase) for training and buliding communication

      As long as there are active players the LSPD will remain the most active organization on the server under my leadership
