   1. Which leadership position are you applying for?
      EMS
   2. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
      - Experience: i've been trough almost in all RP Situations (when being EMS employee)
      
      - Commitment to Public Service and Community Impact: I am deeply committed to serving the community and ensuring that people receive timely, i will make sure that my staff instead of having more time off duty they will put their work under priority.
      
      - Leadership skills: i've been leader severeal times in other projects, but not EMS. EMS was one of the helpfull organization we needed to keep our organization safe, i had a great communication with them we were trying to keep in touch all the time so that we could discuss the things that would imrpove RP.
      
      
   3. List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
      - Building strong communication with other organizations
      
      - making happen weekly checkups within other organizations (so that we will make sure that they are all good to perform their duties)
      
      - creating community events so that they will show their internest participating in
      
      
   4. List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization
      - in my opinion one of the activity that must be conducted is organization checks, EMS will ensure that they have everything that's needed from our side.
      - and event one of them will be i'm not thinking about anything special yet but will do if needed, so one of the helpfull would be open recruitments we will try our best to hire the people that's interested joining into the EMS!
   5. List any other information/ideas you may have
      - i have a many ideas how to improve the organization under my leadership it's so hard to name one.
   6. How many members can you bring to the organization?
      as far as i know the server activity i'll give my best to bring as many as possible, and more importantly i'll bring the different timezone people as well so that we will ensure EMS will have an active officers all around the day.
