- List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
- a) Experience: I have been in legal factions for quite a long time now , i have learned and acquired plenty of skills with the time i have spent there. Starting my journey i spent initial stages of my career in National Guard , where i went up from being a private to Lt.General , after that i moved to LSPD where again i put my time and efforts in to become deputy chief of police under many great leaders , while i was deputy of LSPD i noticed multiple micro management problems that were there in the faction and along with my team we fixed them all , during my time as deputy chief of police , LSPD was known for having great numbers along with quality. Everyone was well trained and a proper team of high commands was in place to run the faction effectively without any issues. I have done it before and i have full confidence in myself and the rest of my team that we will do it again!
b) Passion To Lead: I have always had it in me to become a leader and this is the best opportunity i have at the moment and i don't want to miss it. I am a keen learner and a person who will always learn from his mistakes. LSPD needs a good leader , one who will always put others first , one who has the passion within him , one who knows how to effectively manage such a huge organization while at the same time maintaining high quality training standards and the one that will always put his colleges first and think the best for them and their career.
c) Conclusion: After having spent quite a long time in LSPD , I just truly love this organization and I can firmly with confidence say that I will put my 100% into getting the best out of this organization , having well trained police officers patrol the city , having a team of specialized swat units that can neutralize gangs within minutes , having a strong and effective team of detectives which will work in the shadows to get information regarding gangs and wanted criminal groups in the city, having towing team tow illegally parked cars and overall reduce the crime rate in the city as much as possible
- List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
a) Departments: Efficient and required to spilt work among multiple teams , with discussion with my high command team we have decided to keep the following departments that will run within LSPD.
HR - Human Resources would be required to efficiently manage the process of hiring people into the faction and training them from rookies to Patrol Officers!
IA - Internal Affairs team would keep an eye on everyone and everything going on in the faction , avoiding conflicts within the faction , preventing stealing from faction and any dishonest acts against LSPD
SWAT - Special Weapons and Tactics Department would be setup to effectively handle situations such as store robberies , hostage situations , any and all kinds of terrorist acts , SWAT units would be trained in such a way that they can neutralize these situations within some minutes.
T.E - Traffic Enforcement Department would be required to send towers in city to check for illegal parking and if there is any then tow those illegally parked cars and place fines on them and also instruct citizens to park their cars properly while roleplaying with them!
Detective Bureau - D.B Will be the undercover department of LSPD working in coordination with F.I.B UC To gather intel and evidence against gangs and criminal groups

b) Promotion Criteria and Promotion Ceremonies: First of all a promotion criteria would be setup in terms of activity to be eligible for a promotion , suppose a person is a senior officer the criteria of him getting promoted would be mainly activity while if someone is getting promoted to a high command position the criteria of him getting promoted would be based on both his activity and how he leads the organization until he succeeds to do so he wont be promoted . We don't need high commands who will sit there and do nothing , High Commands are there to lead the faction and if they cant prove themselves to that title they will be removed!
c) Daily Meetings: As the chief I would personally have daily meetings with all departments to see where they stand in terms of work , what problems they are facing and how can we fix them!

- List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization
a) Training Programs: Tactical and Combat Trainings will be held every single day to transform our officers , these trainings would be personally managed by me and SWAT HCs. Apart from this team building exercises would also be carried out to improve overall coordination within the faction!
c) Internal Events and Contests: We would also have internal events and contests such as keeping a reward for towing the most cars , or patrolling sectors etc. This would motivate our officers more to work!

Not at this moment apart from making LSPD Great!
- How many members can you bring to the organization?
At this moment we already have 40-50 ready to join , I believe when the city opens up we will have members between 100-200 within no time!
