2.List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization.
I want to be Chief of Police because i always liked to enforce the law and police work.
I worked as LEO on some servers and it didnt gave me the realistic policing i want to change that for this server.
As Efe, i always wanted to be a organisation leader and now i have chance to prove myself and i need this chance.
3.List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
I`m gonna increase the use of RP commands, to make the RP better for LSPD.
In my term i wont tolerate any kind of toxicty because its hurts the RP.
I`m gonna train our HRs and the HRs gonna train our next gen officers with proper RP commands.
DEPARTMENTS:
HUMAN RESOURCES (HR): HRs our teachers and future of our department, and im gonna traing the head of the HR division.
INTERNAL AFFAIRS (IA): IA is the most important division of our organisation they are gonna ensure the departments safety and gonna check the bodycams to catch corrupted cops.
S.W.A.T: Our heavy equipped department to run the operations in fast and every one of the SWAT is greatly trained by their head and they are gonna be very professional on their job.
PARKING ENFORCEMENT (PE): PE is will be citys street cleaners of the abondened cars and they sets radars catches the speeders and ensures civillians safety.
UNDERCOVER (UC): UC is the important department of busts,arrests of gang members and interrigation of the gang members they will be well trained to catch every criminal in the city and arrest them also they are responsible for the gang raids at most.

Fake Store robbery for the Cadet newly trained officers to test them out in the field.
I`m gonna make a shooting area at our HQ and every officer can train themselfs on that field to make thamselfs better.

I Dont have for right now when server will open ill think about ideas.
6.How many members can you bring to the organization?
When the server opens im gonna make annoucements for new officers and ill try to hire the max officers we can.
