1. Which leadership position are you applying for?
   Ans. I am applying for Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB) leadership
   
   
   
2. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
   Ans.
   2-1: I want to lead FIB because of my experience in legal and illegal organizations as I have been Ex undersheriff 1 time also Assistant Director Multi-times, and I find it interesting and challenging to lead , also of my fellows in FIB we will be as family
   
   2-2: I want to get back the fun and the professionalism also the team work that we had before in FIB again, After improving that we will be mush stronger organization because of the communication and the team work , also making sure that everyone will like FIB after my term.
   
   2-3: I will make sure all the ranks are managed right and everyone will deserve their rank by making good interviews with my HR department and me personally, and I will be helping them to improve themselves with our FTO team because I saw a lot of people does not deserve the ranks but they still have it.
   
   
   
3. List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
   Ans.
   3-1 As a Director, I will be actively involved and present within the FIB. I will lead it with my good and experienced Deputies, setting a high standard for others to follow. As a Friend Director, I'll create interesting roleplay Training Program to showcase our quality Roleplay, inviting other orgs officers to join and enrich Training Program our collective experience.
   
   3-2 I will make sure that everyone can come with good ideas and I will make sure that everyone's idea will be looked into, which makes everyone feel apart of the FIB term and how its moving forward.
   
   3-3 In my term I'll make a culture of unity and respect, where every officer feels valued, regardless of their positions. breaking down Favoritisms and make a office with Trained and Loyal People . Every Officer no matter their rank, will play a crucial role on FIB, and their contributions will be recognized in my term. This unity will not only enhance roleplay but also create a positive and inclusive working community for everyone.
   
   
   
4. List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization
   Ans.
   4-1 In my term for making such activities the very first thing (Which is basic) ill gonna do divide the teams (Agents) to patrol around whole Los Santos, it means some Agents of specific department will patrol on HW, and some will on City.
   
   4-2 In my term the very next activity will be Gang raid + Black Market Raid, in which my UC department will be stronger with a good AD for that department which help us to gain several evidences to do raids.
   
   
5. List any other information/ideas you may have
   Ans. My additional idea is to improve UC department by taking UC agents of GOV which help us to gain more evidences
   
   
   
6. How many members can you bring to the organization?
   Ans. As my past experience I was awarded as best HR of the term, so I have decided i'll make it up-to hire 90 Agents (Whom should have a past experience)
