Leader of Los Santos Police Department (LSPD)
2. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization:
• I’ve always been drawn to structure, order, and keeping the city safe LSPD is where I can apply that passion with purpose.
• I enjoy helping new players understand proper RP, and being in LSPD leadership gives me the tools to guide and mentor others.
• I want to bring a strong, realistic, and professional police presence to the server something that feels immersive and fair for everyone.
3. List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term:
• Create a clear but simple ranking and training system, so officers know exactly how to progress and what’s expected.
• Focus on quality patrol RP, with actual traffic stops, investigations, and interactions not just chasing suspects.
• Regular ride-alongs and evaluations, so every officer stays sharp, on-point, and in character.
4. List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization:
• Weekly Crime Sweep Operations-full LSPD mobilizations where we coordinate raids, checkpoints, and high-visibility patrols to crack down on known gang zones and organized crime.
• Joint Task Force Trainings — collaborative sessions with FIB, NG,SAHP, or even EMS to run complex scenarios like hostage rescues, active shooter drills, and tactical vehicle interceptions.
• Internal Training Day RP scheduled in-city training days focusing on traffic stop procedures, code 5 felony stops, radio comms, and courtroom testimony to sharpen in-character professionalism.
5. List any other information/ideas you may have:
• I plan to implement a Strike & Commendation System to reward good RP and correct poor behavior in a fair, transparent way.
• I’ll also work closely with other org leaders to maintain balance and realism between crime and law enforcement RP.

At least 10–30 active players ready to RP seriously and follow proper LSPD protocol.
