      1. I have strong communication skill also for my experience i know how to deal with critical situation and manage players with fair gameplay
      2. I played Multiple RP Server As a player As well as Admin. so i have good experience in Admin section.
      3. i m clam at every situation happen in server so i can take perfect decision at any situation.
      4. Because of my experience i can help my team with any situation if they needed.
      5. for my mindset , i m not accepting any wrong decision.

      Strength: Community Engagement, Adaptability , Patience, Leadership , Conflict solver, Team Collaboration ,Problem solving, .

      1. sometimes i trust quickly also
      2. Rule Enforcement. i stick with rules. if i seen rule break i punish quickly. no matter who they are.
      3. may sometime i take more time to take decision. but i m working on it.

      - Not much , my biz is 90% sorted. and i can manage it rest of 10%.

      - Hindi, Marathi, and many Indian lang.

      - I have more than 5 years of in-depth experience in RP. mostly i don't disturb my senior but in some case, i know in rule there is some loop which player get advantages, if i needed i just want on time help with my seniors.
