- I would like to be the leader of this organization because of that this is organization which help directly to the people to heal their health and mind.
- I used to work in the EMS in the other projects So I think If i take the lead I am able to improve the organization in a better way and give support to the people in the city.
- I can able to manage all the critical situations in IC with care and solve the issue with at most care and As a chill guy I can develop a supportive and chill environment in the organization.
- List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
- First step to improve the roleplay of the organization is that I will Directly take care of the team which will take care of interview. So that the people who joins in EMS will be thoroughly interviewed and verified that Is they are suitable for the organization.
- I would increase the efficiency of training and I will personally verifies the trainers are capable to give the full knowledge to the trainees.
- I will make sure that there is no role Domination In our organization and I will ensure that the workers in the organization will be friendly to each other and with patients.

- I will create a Weekly events in the organization to motivates the workers in the organization
- I will create a employee meeting twice a week to get their advice about how to develop the organization and discuss with them about their Problems in the organization. So that I can Rectify everything and lead a successful organization.

- I would suggest to add the commands to remove the bullets and treat injuries for the people, which would help to increase the roleplay.
- I have idea that If the person have some diseases It's cannot to be treated in a single take. It's need to be take care by multiple sit ups and need to be cured.
- How many members can you bring to the organization?
- As far now I can able to bring 15 to 20 members to the organization.
