   - Bloods Leader
2. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
   
   - I want to become leader of Bloods because i want to take experience of leadership. i have enough knowledge to lead the organization to contribute positively to the org. My goal is to initiate the org on a strong the server experience through my leader experience. I aim to lead be a good leader, and my goal for 100% turf control and maintainning a spotless record without any warnings or verbals.
   
   - According to me I have a good experience, I can easily handle a gang I already have the best players to support for making my term most active and successful.
   
   - I have a great knowledge about gang which I can share with the gang members and guide them properly.I have the potential to go through the leadership phase and have a great successfull term.
3. List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
   
   I have many plans after getting leadership which can improve my roleplay are :-
   - Getting 100% Turfs As Soon As Possible- Providing Tranning To Those Members Who Dont Know Anything.
   - Avoiding Rules Breaks In ORG And Making ORG Without Any Verbal And Warning
   - Doing Every Day Store/Gun Robbery & Fz Raid So it Will Make Good RP Between Leos And Make Good Communications.
   - Being Friendly With Everyone And Dont Be Toxic & Respect Every Gang Members.
   - Providing Every Members One Chance So They Cant Repeat Again And Learn Things.
   - I Will Put My Full Time in ORG To Make BLOODS On TOP.
   - Getting Best Deputies Those Who Can Help Me To Make Bloods On TOP.
   - if Any Gang Members Need Some Help I Will Always Be There For Them Helps.

   - I will organize 3 events each week on fun & shootings they both events will make happy amongs players they can see that this gang is so active in events also doing for us so they can join bloods.

6. How many members can you bring to the organization?
   - After getting leadership i can get 10 ppls in a day and when the rp start i will make bloods most active org with more than 30-50 Players
