   1. Which leadership position are you applying for?
      Ans : Leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol
   2. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
      Ans : Since starting of my career in the city, I have always tried to explore and gain experience in the Legal Organizations in the another city which gave me the opportunity to gain more and more experience within the Organizations. After working in the Organizations i got the opportunity to become the Minister of that State, being at that position, i understood the pros and cons of a Law Enforcement Agency. That’s why i believe that i can become the Leader of SAHP.
      After spending some time in legal organizations like NG, GOV, LSPD. I joined SAHP to explore and manage the crimes occurring within Blaine County, from there I got the chance to develop my experience and abilities which enabled me to manage a team of SAHP Officers by being at a high rank. That’s why i want to become the Leader of SAHP and manage the Blaine County.
      In my experience with the SAHP, I have noticed that the Departments which are there in the San Andreas Highway Patrol are not doing there works upto the mark which they should do in order to improve the functionality and smoothness between all the employees of the SAHP. Alongside that, i have noticed some more issues also, which I want to improve by becoming the Sheriff of SAHP.
      
   3. List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
      Ans : Improving Public Relations:What i have noticed in my experience within SAHP, the leaders do not focus on communicating and engaging with the citizens of the State of San Andreas. That’s why after becoming the Sheriff i will start conducting Interesting and Intreractive events for the citizens, Doing so will help in improving Roleplay Level for sure between the Organization and the citizens.
      Managing the working Atmosphere in SAHP:At some point of time in my experience, i have noticed that the new employees in any state organization goes through some toxicity very often from their high commands, because of that the new employees don’t get a nice working atmosphere and they feel bored while working in SAHP. That’s why i will focus to improve the working atmosphere within SAHP so that the employees can give their best to the organization.
      Enforcing Speed Limit on Highways:The employees of SAHP get a radar to use while they are on duty, very few people know that they can use the radar to issue fines to speeding vehicles. After becoming the Sheriff i will ensure that every officer within SAHP will get that training so that they can issue fines to speeding vehicles by being at a spot beside the Highways.
      
   4. List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization
      Ans: We will Organize events like-
      1) Car Show : In this event participants will come with their cars and whoever have the best car he will win.
      2) Parkour : In this event participants will do parkour and try to reach finish line as soon as possible.
      
   5. List any other information/ideas you may have
      Ans : 1) We will Organize more events like marathon, swimming, Boxing and many more.
      2) We will issue bonus for our hardworking employee those who are working very hard for our Organization.
      3) And also, we will ensure that there should no fights between employees or organization.
      4) We will ensure that there should no favoritism in Organization everyone will treated equally.
      
   6. How many members can you bring to the organization?
      Ans : Currently i can bring 15 to 20 members in the Organization and i am trying to bring more members in the organization.
